The following is an overview of the courses and assignments required to complete this unit. The Unit will take you at least 2 weeks to complete, but you have up to 180 days to access and complete the Unit requirements.

Courses
- 3.25 hours: Includes passing the course exam (70% or higher).
- What will you learn? Explore a variety of mind-body tools from guided imagery, clinical hypnosis, Biofeedback, Breathing techniques, Mindful eating, MBSR, and more. Learn how they came about, potential benefits, and what the research is showing. Dive into a module dedicated to pediatrics and mind-body approaches. And wrap up with some short case scenarios to apply what you've learned.
- 10.75 hours: Includes passing the course exam (70% or higher).
- What will you learn? Get an introduction to 4 unique whole systems of healing: Naturopathy, Homeopathy, Ayurveda, and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
- 6 hours: Includes passing the course exam (70% or higher).
- What will you learn? Dive into the history, techniques, training requirements of various types of body work, including Massage Therapy, Osteopathy, Chiropractic, and Physical Therapy. Take part in experiential exercises and watch video demonstrations.
- 3 hours: Includes passing the course exam (70% or higher)
- What will you learn? Get an Introduction to key theories and modalities from a variety of energy practices, the training requirements, and what the research looks like.
- 7.25 hours: Includes passing the course exam (70% or higher)
- What will you learn? Get an Introduction to the role of the environment on one's health. Addressing risks in air, land, and water. CME/CNE available (2024-2026)
- 4.25 hours: Includes passing the course exam (70% or higher)
- What will you learn? Learn through case scenario activities and explore how to take an environmental history. CME/CNE available (2024-2026)
- 2.5 hours: Includes completion of the self-care assignment and report.
- What will you learn? Review all the ways the space around us can impact our health and wellbeing. Assess your own environmental health and come up with self-care practice goals to try out.
- Self-care Assignment & Report: Be sure to complete Environmental Health course before you apply your learning in this Self-care module. After two weeks of trying your self-care practices in this area, return and answer the report questions.
